If you need one sample for test, we advise you to get this sample from the domestic dealers.

If you want to get from us directly, usually we advise ordering at least one pallet per product.

Q:- Can we mix different models together?

A: You may mix different products or models in 1x20ft or 1x40ft container but in order to make the best use of the container room, usually we advise ordering a pallet of the same product.

Q:- How can I become a dealer in my area?

A:- If you are qualified, you may apply for a dealership. We choose reliable partners for long-term business cooperation.

Q:- Can I get an exclusive right for your machines in some territories?

A:- Usually we do not grant the exclusive agent for all of our machines in one country market because one client could not sell all our machines. 

But we could grant the exclusive agent for one or two of our products in one country according to the sales quantity.

Q: How long is the warranty period for your equipment?

A: Usually the warranty period of our equipment is 12 months after the B/L date (except spare parts). We can negotiate with each other under special circumstances.

Q: Can I get any warranty of the products?

A: Yes, every product is 1 year quality warranty under the customer's correct using the products.

Q: How much discount can you give me?

A: You can tell us the quantity you need, then we will give you the best discount according to your quantity after we apply to our financial department.

Q: What kind of transportation do you use?

A: We support various modes of transportation, such as by sea, by land and by air. You can choose any mode of transportation according to your actual situation.

Q: What is your delivery time?

A: Generally, the delivery time is 45-55 days after payment/

Q: What mode of payment do you usually accept?

A: We usually accept T/T and L/C at sight. If you want other payment modes, we can negotiate.

Q: Do you provide any training services after we buy your products?

A: Yes, we do. Our engineer will give the user’s operator guidance and training until they are skilled in operation.

A: Can we visit your factory?

A: Of course. Just fly to Qingdao Airport we will pick you up to our factory.  

Q: Could you offer some free spare parts?

A: Of course, we can give users some free spare parts.

With the sales contract, the order tracking clerk checks the models and quantities of the products and spare parts for preparation.

Quality Test Before Delivery

Upon completion of the manufacturing of equipment, the quality inspector strictly checks the quality of every machine with the checklist.

Check Items When Packing

Before packaging and shipment, the order tracking clerk checks the packaged items again with the packing list to avoid loss of items.
